If you are not receiving an email response from the form builder you might have one or both of the issues listed below.
- Make sure that you have the form set up properly to send to the correct address.
- Check to see if the email message is being routed to your spam folder. If this is the case, you will need to talk to your IT person or your internet service provider and have them approve email from the following email address:
